Deletion is not immediate. For the first 7 days after you ask, you can change your mind and cancel from the same screen — nothing is lost. After that your account record and your favourites are permanently removed from our servers and cannot be restored. We complete every deletion within 30 days of the request. We keep a dated record that the request was made and completed; it contains no personal information.
Signing out is not the same thing: it only hides the account on this phone and leaves your data on our servers so you can sign back in.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
