Unfreeze is a focus aid. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified professional. Installing and using the app means you accept the terms below.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Unfreeze on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, reverse engineer it, or extract its source.
Not a medical tool
The app is built for people who struggle to start tasks, including people with ADHD. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you need medical support, see a qualified professional. Do not use this app in place of prescribed medication or therapy.
AI-generated content
Breakdown steps are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or a poor fit for your situation. Read them before acting on them. Do not use them for anything with a safety dimension — electrical work, chemicals, medical equipment, financial or legal decisions.
You are responsible for what you type in. Do not enter confidential information, other people's health data, or trade secrets — see the Privacy Policy for where data goes.

- Both subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal is charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- Cancel in your app store account settings — Google Play or the App Store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancel during the trial and you are not charged. Any unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a plan.
Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy, not by us.
The free tier
The free tier allows three AI breakdowns per day. Once those are used, the app still splits tasks with an on-device algorithm, and every other feature keeps working.
Availability
The AI feature depends on third-party services and may be interrupted or discontinued. The app is built to keep working without a network. We do not promise a specific level of availability for the AI feature.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Maximum liability, if any, will not exceed what you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate the licence if you breach these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
